You can view pertinent information about a patient through the Patient Information Card (PIC).
Template Headers for Displaying Patient Information
You can review template headers for patient and change the display.
Viewing Risk Factors
You can view details about patients' risk factors to help you to evaluate their health condition.
Document Contagion Risks
You can document information about the patient's contagion exposure and their travel to areas at high risk for such exposures.
Panel and Section Controls
You can expand or collapse all the sections or panels and change their order on a template.
Quality Buttons and CQM Information Templates
Using the Quality buttons, you can open information templates containing details about documenting the associated Clinical Quality Measure (CQM).
Care Guidelines
You can verify or update details related to lab or radiology order processing, care guidelines, screening questions, vital signs, immunizations, nutrition, and drug therapy.
Risk Levels
You can view risk levels for a patient in color-coded columns by using the Risk-Stratification template.
Post-Operative Days for a Patient
You can track the number of post-operative period (in number of days remaining) for a patient who has undergone a recent surgical procedure.
Review Communication Details for a Patient
You can review the details of all types of interaction with the patient, and assign tasks to users or workgroups for necessary actions.
Telephone Communication
You can view and document the communication between a practice and a patient or a patient's representative.
Prepare for a Patient Visit
You can review a summary of a patient's chart and take necessary actions to prepare for an upcoming visit.
