The reports in the NextGen® Medication Inventory Control help you to manage your inventory.
You can generate SAP® Crystal Reports® in the Reports panel on the MLTS Reports template.
You can run reports for:
- Inventory on Hand
- Recall
- Receipt
- Transfer
- Usage
- Waste
- Expiring Medications
- Low Quantity Medications
- Transaction
- Restock
Each report has different criteria that you can set using the
MLTS CR Reports Prompts template, to narrow the report down to what you are looking for. Criteria include: locations, sub-locations, source types, medications, National Drug Codes (NDCs), lot numbers, and so on.
Note: To view the Sub-Location grids on the Crystal Reports viewer, you must enable sub-locations in the Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration panel on the Admin Configuration system template.
