Generate Patient Medication Recall Report

You can generate Patient Medication Recall Report from the Reports panel of the Inventory Management template.

The Patient Medication Recall Report displays all patients who have received a medication that is recalled.
You can set the parameters to be included in the Patient Medication Recall Report on the MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the Recall Report.
  1. On the MLTS Reports template, expand the Reports panel.
  2. Select the Recall Report icon.
    The MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for Recall Report opens.

  3. From the Practice field, select a practice.
    The report defaults to the practice that you are logged on to. However, you can select another practice.
  4. In the Medications panel, select the source types from the Source grid.
    The sources move to the Selected Sources grid.
  5. Select the medications from the Drug Name grid.
    The medications move to the Selected Drugs grid and the lot numbers and NDCs associated with the selected medications appear in the respective grids.
  6. Select the required NDCs in the NDC grid.
    The selected NDCs appear in the Selected NDCs grid.
  7. Select the lot numbers from the Lotnum grid.
    The lot numbers move to the Selected Lot# grid.
  8. Select either Generate Report or OK.
    The report is generated as per the selected criteria.
