Generate Usage Report

You can generate Usage Report from the Reports panel of the Inventory Management template. You can view all medication administered or dispensed from inventory in the Usage Report. You can set the parameters to be included in the Usage Report on the MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the Usage Report. Note: If you do not select any criteria, the report displays all items in all grids for the selected practice. On the MLTS Reports template, expand the Reports panel. Select the Usage Report icon. The MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the Usage Report opens. Select the Start Date and End Date fields to enter a date range. From the Practice field, select a practice. The report defaults to the practice that you are logged on to. However, you can select another practice. In the Locations panel, select the locations from the Location Name grid. Generate Inventory On Hand Report

You can generate the Inventory On Hand report from the Reports panel of the Inventory Management template. The Inventory On Hand report displays all the details about medications currently available in the inventory. You can set the parameters to be included in the Inventory On Hand report on the MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the Inventory On Hand report. Note: If you do not select any criteria, the report displays all items in all grids for the selected practice. On the MLTS Reports template, expand the Reports panel. Generate Expiring Medications Report

You can generate the Expiring Medications report from the Reports panel of the Inventory Management template. The Expiring Medications report displays the medications that are either expired or about to expire. You can set the parameters to be included in the Expiring Medications report on the MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the Expiring Medications report. Note: If you do not select any criteria, the report displays all items in all grids for the selected practice. On the MLTS Reports template, expand the Reports panel. Generate Transaction Report

You can generate the Transaction Report from the Reports panel of the Inventory Management template. You can view all medication transactions in the Transaction Report. You can set the parameters to be included in the Transaction Report on the MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the Transaction Report. Note: If you do not select any criteria, the report displays all items in all grids for the selected practice. On the MLTS Reports template, expand the Reports panel. Select the Transaction Report icon. The MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the Transaction Report opens. Select the Start Date and End Date fields to enter a date range. Generate Receipt Report

You can generate Receipt Report from the Reports panel of the Inventory Managementtemplate. You can view the received date for all medications added to the inventory in the Receipt Report. You can set the parameters to be included in Receipt Report on the MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the Receipts Report. Generate Low Quantity Medications Report

You can generate the Low Quantity Medications report from the Reports panel of the Inventory Management template. The Low Quantity Medications report displays the medications whose quantity is less than the configured low par level. You can configure the low par level in the Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration panel on the Admin Configuration system template. You can set the parameters to be included in the Low Quantity Medications report on the MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the Low Quantity Medications report.
