Generate Receipt Report

You can generate Receipt Report from the Reports panel of the Inventory Managementtemplate.

You can view the received date for all medications added to the inventory in the Receipt Report.
You can set the parameters to be included in Receipt Report on the MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the Receipts Report.
  1. On the MLTS Reports template, expand the Reports panel.
  2. Select the Receipt Report icon.
    The MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the Receipts Report opens.

  3. Select the Start Date and End Date fields to enter a date range.
  4. From the Practice field, select a practice.
    The report defaults to the practice that you are logged on to. However, you can select another practice.
  5. In the Locations panel, select the locations from the Location Name grid.
    The locations move to the Selected Locations grid and sub-locations for the selected locations appear in the Sub-Location Name grid.
  6. Select the required sub-locations in the Sub-Location Name grid.
    The sub-locations move to the Selected Sub-Locations grid.
  7. In the Medications panel, select the source types from the Source grid.
    The sources move to the Selected Sources grid.
  8. Select the medications from the Drug Name grid.
    The medications move to the Selected Drugs grid, and the lot numbers and NDCs of the selected medications appear in the corresponding grids.
  9. Select the required NDCs from the NDC grid.
    The selected NDCs move to the Selected NDCs grid.
  10. Select the lot numbers from the Lotnum grid.
    The lot numbers move to the Selected Lot# grid.
  11. Select either Generate Report or OK.
    The report is generated as per the selected criteria.
