Generate Low Quantity Medications Report

You can generate the Low Quantity Medications report from the Reports panel of the Inventory Management template.

The Low Quantity Medications report displays the medications whose quantity is less than the configured low par level. You can configure the low par level in the Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration panel on the Admin Configuration system template.
You can set the parameters to be included in the Low Quantity Medications report on the MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the Low Quantity Medications report.
  1. On the MLTS Reports template, expand the Reports panel.
  2. Select the Low Quantity Medications icon.
    The MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the Low Quantity Medications report opens.

  3. From the Practice field, select a practice.
    The report defaults to the practice that you are logged on to. However, you can select another practice.
  4. In the Locations panel, select the locations from the Location Name grid.
    The locations move to the Selected Locations grid and sub-locations for the selected locations appear in the Sub-Location Name grid.
  5. Select the required sub-locations in the Sub-Location Name grid.
    The sub-locations move to the Selected Sub-Locations grid.
  6. In the Medications panel, select the source types from the Source grid.
    The sources move to the Selected Sources grid.
  7. Select the medications from the Drug Name grid.
    The medications move to the Selected Drugs grid, and the NDCs of the selected medications appear in the corresponding grid.
  8. Select the required NDCs from the NDC grid.
    The selected NDCs move to the Selected NDCs grid.
  9. Select either Generate Report or OK.
    The report is generated as per the selected criteria.

    The low par level configured in the Medication Par Levels grid of the Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration panel on the Admin Configuration system template appears in the Low Par Level column of the report. If nothing is configured, an asterisk appears in the Low Par Level column.
