Generate 340B Medication Audit Report

You can generate the 340B Medication Audit report that includes the dispensed medications in inventory based on the National Drug Code (NDC) and the lot number for a practice.

1. Select the 340B Report icon from the Reports panel.
   The MLTS CR Reports Prompts template for the 340B Med Audit Report opens.

   

2. Select the practice.
   The report automatically selects the practice that you are logged on to. However, you can select another practice.
3. In the Locations panel, select the locations and the sublocations from the Location Name grid.
   The selected locations move to the Selected Locations grid and the corresponding sub-locations appear in the Sub-Location Name grid. You can add the necessary sublocation.
4. In the Medications panel, select the source types, medications, required NDCs, and lot numbers.
   The sources move to the Selected Sources grid.
5. Select either Generate Report or OK.
   The report is generated as per the selected criteria.
