If information from the issuing pharmacy does not match the data stored in the
NextGen® Enterprise EHR database, a separate task is added to your task list on the
Workflow window, in the
Clinical Tasking tab. This task includes the current unmatched refill request.
You can manually match patient demographics, medication, and prescription information, using the Refill Request Patient Matching window. You can also remove an unmatched eRx refill request task.
