Refill Request Patient Matching Window
The Refill Request Patient Matching window handles the status of the refill request based on the person_id and NDC. The status is determined when opening the window using the following logic:

The availability of the Refill Request Patient Matching window is based on the Unmatched Refill Request Provider Medication practice preference:
- All Providers. The Filter By displays all providers, and the list shows all unmatched refill requests for all providers.
- Current Provider. The Filter By displays the current provider name, and the list shows all unmatched refill requests for the current provider.
- Assigned Provider. The Filter By displays the assigned provider name, and the list shows all unmatched refill requests for the assigned provider.
