Tools Option	Description
Work Flow Manager	Enables setting up Out-of-Office status, PAQ, and Workflow Delegates. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest Workflow Module Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
Advanced Audit Setup	Enables selection of items for the Advanced Audit application. For more information on the Advanced Audit application, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the Advanced Auditing Installation Guide and the Advanced Audit and Significant Events Cross Reference Overview.
User Password	Displays the Change Password window and enables you to change your password.
Copy User Preferences	Displays the Copy User Preferences window. This function is available only when no patients are selected.
E-mail Profile	Enables changing an e-mail profile for the Workflow module.
System Password	Enables setting up the user name and password for an external system.
Modify Inclusion/Exclusion List	Enables modification of a user's Inclusion or Exclusion List. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest Patient Demographics Guide for NextGen Enterprise. Note: A user must have Inclusion/Exclusion List enabled in the System Administrator application.
Share Inclusion List	Enables sharing an existing Inclusion List with other users. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest Patient Demographics Guide for NextGen Enterprise. Note: A user must have Inclusion/Exclusion List enabled in the System Administrator application.
Active Modules	Displays the Orphaned Sessions window for unlocking a patient session while Edit mode is in effect.

The NextGen® Enterprise EHR File menu includes the following options. Rx Change Requests in the Workflow Module Inbox

The Clinical Tasking tab on the Workflow window displays your outstanding tasks. For an Rx Change request, you can approve, approve with changes, or deny it on the Clinical Tasking list. For more information about the Clinical Tasking tab, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the Workflow Module Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR. A patient Inclusion or Exclusion List may restrict your access to Rx Change requests. If you are a workflow delegate for another user or provider, you may not be able to access the same refill requests as that person. If you do not have access to a patient, the Restricted message appears under the Patient Name, Subject, and Description columns. Modify an Inclusion List

You can add patients to or delete patients from an existing Inclusion list for a selected user. From the Main menu, select Admin and then Modify Inclusion/Exclusion List. The Modify Inclusion/Exclusion List window appears. Select the user from the User Name list. The Inclusion list of patient names for that user appears, and the Include button is enabled. To add a patient: Select Include. The Add Patients to Inclusion List window appears. Perform a patient search. To select all the patient names returned in the search, select the Select All check box. To select individual patient names, select the check box for each name to include. When a patient is selected from the Patient Name list, the Search button becomes the Add button. Select Add. Each selected patient is added to the user's Inclusion list on the Modify Inclusion/Exclusion List window. To delete a patient: Select the patient on the Modify Inclusion/Exclusion List window. The Delete button is enabled. Select Delete. The patient
