Change the Default Email Profile

The email Profile function enables you to change the default email profile used for the Workflow module. From the Admin menu, select E-Mail Profile. The Change E-Mail Profile window opens. In the Profile field, enter the email. Select OK. Parent topic: Admin Menu

Using the Workflow module, you can access your email profile. Open the workflow module. The Choose Profile window opens. Note: If you close this window on first accessing the Workflow module, it displays any time you select the Email tab. Select an email profile from the Profile Name list, or select New to create a new email profile. Under Options, select the Set as default profile check box for the module. Select OK. The Workflow module displays all available email messages. Note: Creating a new email profile requires additional setup in Microsoft Outlook®. Set up a Default Template

You can set up a default template that opens when a new encounter is created. You can also select a default Medical Records template that opens from the Appointments window of the Workflow module. To set up a default template for the Appointments window, do the following: From the Template Type list, select Medical Records.. Select the Open from Workflow Appts check box. To set up a default template for new encounters, select the template type from the Template Type list. From the Default Template list, select the template to set as the default.
