Change Password | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to change their passwords. |
Copy User Preferences | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Enables users to copy user preferences, work flow module preferences and PAQ custom rules from one user to another user or user group profile. |
Edit NextGen® Enterprise EHR Component Profiles | NextGen® Enterprise EHR | Enables users to edit the Graphical Exam Tool (GET) profile. If access rights are set to Yes, the Settings option on the GET tool is enabled; if access rights are set to No, the option is disabled. |
External Application Setup | NextGen® Enterprise EHR | Enables administrators to grant users rights for External Application Setup. When set to Yes, the External Application Setup option is available from the menu. Rights are set to No by default. |
Reinstate Inactive User | NextGen® Enterprise PM | Allows users to reinstate other users that have been deactivated.

System Administrator | NextGen® Enterprise PM & NextGen® Enterprise EHR | When the right is set to Yes, only the practices in which the user group's permission is set to Yes display. Any practices in which the right is set to No do not display. If the right is set to No for all practices, then the user cannot access the System Administrator.

Workflow Administrator | NextGen® Enterprise EHR | Enables users to access the File menu > Workflow Manager > Administrator menu item to modify the current provider's delegates. If this right is set to No, then users cannot access the Administrator menu item. |
