Subgroup	Used in	Description
Allow NextGen® Enterprise EHR Task Generation from NextGen® Enterprise PM	NextGen® Enterprise PM & NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Enables NextGen® Enterprise PMt users to create NextGen® Enterprise EHR tasks within certain areas of NextGen® Enterprise PMand send the tasks to a user or workgroup in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. The tasks can be created from the Tasks menu.: right-clicking on an encounter from the patient chart. right-clicking on an encounter from the Encounter Lookup. right-clicking on the tasks section of the Clinical History/Notes tab in the patient chart.
Allow Encounter Void Task Deletion	NextGen® Enterprise PM & NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Ability to delete tasks from the workflow Module when an encounter has been marked as void in NextGen® Enterprise PM.
Allow Transaction Approval Task Deletion	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Ability to delete a task once a transaction has been completed and approved.
Allow User Task Approval for Other Users	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users other than the task recipient to approve tasks.
Modify Task Type	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Ability to modify the task type.
Task Auto Create Discontinue	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to access the Discontinue Future Auto Creation of this Task Type check box on the Add/Edit Task window.
Task Instruction Modification	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to modify task instructions.
Task Managers	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables a user to transfer a task to other users. Note: Users with this right can see all users and groups in the Assign To field of the Task Maintenance window in NextGen® Enterprise PM if the Task does not have any Secured Transfer User/Groups. Those without this right can only see the Task Managers in the Assign To field if there are no Secured Transfer Users/Groups set up for the task.
Task Reports	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to print the Task Analysis and Task Details reports.
Task Subgroupings	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to change the task subgrouping of a task in the Add/Edit Task window. If users do not have this permission, the Task Subgrouping field will be disabled.
Task Transfer	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to reassign tasks to other users.
Task Update	NextGen® Enterprise PM	Enables users to access and run the Task Update process from the File > Processes menu. The process normally runs automatically each night.
