Allow NextGen® Enterprise PM Task Generation from NextGen® Enterprise EHR	NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Enables users to create NextGen® Enterprise PM tasks from within NextGen® Enterprise EHR (tasking in Workflow). When the right is set to Yes, the New Task window displays additional fields: Task Class (either NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM), Source Type (from the Task Types master file), and Task Type (from the Task Types master file). If a user creates a NextGen® Enterprise EHR task, the Source Type and Task Type fields are disabled. If a user creates a NextGen® Enterprise PM task, the fields are enabled and are required.

Edit Own Delegate List	NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Enables users to edit their own delegate lists.

Reassign To Do Tasks	NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Enables the ability to reassign tasks in Workflow to other users. If the right is set to Yes, then the Reassign menu item is enabled when the user right-click an assigned task. The Reassign button is also enabled. If the right is set to No, the button and menu item are both disabled.
Tasks – Destroy Accepted Tasks	NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Enables users to permanently delete tasks in Workflow that have been accepted for completion. Only the person who created a task is able to permanently destroy it.
Tasks List by Enterprise/ Practice	NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Enables users to select the Tasks List By Enterprise/Practice setting at the user level.

Note: : The Save As RTF Universal Preference must be set to True. Add a Task to the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Workflow

You can create tasks for a To-Do List for the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Workflow module in NextGen® Document Management. If the Enable Workflow and the Create Workflow task after document is filed options are activated in the Document Type master file, then each time you select the File button when filing a document, NextGen® Document Management displays the Workflow prompt. When you select Cancel on the To Do form and then select File for the same document, NextGen® Document Management does not display the Workflow prompt again. Open NextGen® Document Management. Search for and open a document. Open the Create Task window by using one of the following methods: On the keyboard, select Ctrl+T. On the viewer toolbar, select the create task button. Right-click the document, and then select Create Task. On the NextGen® Document Management toolbar, select Tasks > Create Task. Create a NextGen® Enterprise EHR Task

You can create a NextGen® Enterprise EHR task and send it to one or more selected users or workgroups. You can associate the task with a specific patient and attach any of the following items to it: Template NextGen® Enterprise EHR document or image NextGen® Document Management image SAP® Crystal Report® Equipment report Patient Education document HIE document or document view From the New list on the Clinical Tasking tab toolbar, select EHR Task. A blank task template opens on the Workflow window. The template shows your name as the sender, today's date as the sent date, Pending as the status, today as the default due date, and Normal as the priority level. Enter the subject in the box at the top. To add the recipient, select To:. Note: If you leave To: blank while sending the task, a confirmation message appears to assign the task to yourself.
