The Workflow Operations subgroup in the System Administrator application enables features of the Workflow module.

| Allow NextGen® Enterprise PM Task Generation from NextGen® Enterprise EHR | NextGen® Enterprise EHR | Enables users to create NextGen® Enterprise PM tasks from within NextGen® Enterprise EHR (tasking in Workflow). When the right is set to Yes, the New Task window displays additional fields: Task Class (either NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM), Source Type (from the Task Types master file), and Task Type (from the Task Types master file). If a user creates a NextGen® Enterprise EHR task, the Source Type and Task Type fields are disabled. If a user creates a NextGen® Enterprise PM task, the fields are enabled and are required. |

If the right is set to Yes, then the Reassign menu item is enabled when the user right-click an assigned task. The Reassign button is also enabled. If the right is set to No, the button and menu item are both disabled. |
| Tasks – Destroy Accepted Tasks | NextGen® Enterprise EHR | Enables users to permanently delete tasks in Workflow that have been accepted for completion. Only the person who created a task is able to permanently destroy it. |
