Add Document Addendums	NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Enables users to add an addendum to a previously approved patient document in the TX Text document viewer only. Note: : The Save As RTF Universal Preference must be set to True.
Edit Category Selections	NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Enables users to add a document to a category while they are generating the document.
Export	NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Enables users to export NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents from one NextGen database to another.
Import	NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Enables users to import NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents into a NextGen® Enterprise database from another NextGen® Enterprise database.

Subgroup Used in Description Edit Category Selections NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to change the view categories on-the-fly when adding a new image. EDR Operation

The EDR Operations subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to access Electronic Dental Records (EDR) setup from the NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen® Enterprise PM applications. Subgroup Used in Description Enterprise Level Reporting NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to run a report against more than one practice under the current enterprise. When this right is set to No, the File menu > Reports > Generate Report > By Enterprise option is not available. Practice Level Reporting NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to run a report against the current practice. When this right is set to No, the File menu > Reports > Generate Report > By Practice option is not available. Tasks Operation

Subgroup Used in Description Allow NextGen® Enterprise EHR Task Generation from NextGen® Enterprise PM NextGen® Enterprise PM & NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables NextGen® Enterprise PMt users to create NextGen® Enterprise EHR tasks within certain areas of NextGen® Enterprise PMand send the tasks to a user or workgroup in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. The tasks can be created from the Tasks menu.: right-clicking on an encounter from the patient chart. right-clicking on an encounter from the Encounter Lookup. right-clicking on the tasks section of the Clinical History/Notes tab in the patient chart.
