Reports Menu

The Reports menu includes preconfigured reports, ranging from daily appointments to monthly transactions, that provide information on specific areas of your practice. You can generate many types of reports such as claims, alerts schedules, tasks and more. System-generated reports use default settings to filter the data to determine which information to include in the report and how to display the information. When you open a report from the Reports menu, the Report Filter window opens, where you can select options and parameters to filter the data. Based on the options you select, NextGen® Enterprise PM quickly runs the requested information and displays reports in the order and format you choose. Desktop Menu Bar

Desktop menu bar The menu bar on the main window in NextGen® Enterprise PM comprises the following menus: File Edit Tasks Reports Admin Window Help File Menu The File menu contains printer settings, print forms, processes and tools related to the handling of reports and various menu options. Edit Menu The Edit menu contains standard windows commands to cut, copy, and paste text. Tasks Menu The Tasks menu contains options, such as Lookup, Advisor, Appointment Book, and Appointment Search in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Reports Menu You can can create reports or view preconfigured reports that provide information on specific areas of your practice. Admin Menu The Admin menu enables you to set up Advance Audit and customize preferences. Window Menu The Window menu displays a list of all windows currently open in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select Event Tracking with Advanced Auditing

Advanced auditing tracks the events across all NextGen® Enterprise applications. You can access the setup for Advance Auditing in the NextGen® Enterprise EHR, NextGen® Enterprise PM, NextGen® Document Management, and System Administrator. Open NextGen® Document Management. On the toolbar, select Admin, and then select Advanced Audit Setup. The Advanced Audit Setup window opens with the Events Setup tab displaying the current enterprise name. Advanced Audit Setup window Select which events to track by doing one of the following: To track all events within an enterprise, select the enterprise name checkbox. To track all events within a practice, expand the enterprise name, and then select the practice name checkbox.
