Working with NextGen Care® Population Management Hub Reports

You can run the reports on Cohorts tab and do the following using the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub reports: View a patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise and NextGen® Enterprise PM Generate patient's recall plans for one or multiple patients Create bulk lab or diagnostic imaging (radiology) test orders Compose and send patient messages using NextGen® PxP Portal and NextGen Care® Outreach. Add NextGen® Enterprise and NextGen® Enterprise PM tasks Add and send patient referrals Generate documents for selected patients Alert a patient Import the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub report data to Excel and XML Export the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub report data to a variety of formats to facilitate data sharing and further filter results Add patient from NextGen® Enterprise and template Note: Some of these actions are limited to selecting one patient only. View Patient Chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR

You can select and view a patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. You can view a patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Note: In System Administrator, if Access Rights for Chart/Recalls/Tasking is set to No, then you cannot access Chart on the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub toolbar. For more information about setting access permissions for viewing Chart in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest System Administrator Guide forNextGen®Enterprise. In NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, do one of the following: From the Cohorts tab, run a report. From the My Lists tab, run a list. From the Appointment Book tab, filter the patients. The patient list appears in the patient grid. In the patient grid, select the check box next to the patient's name. From Chart, select EHR Chart. The selected patient's chart appears on the Encounter History tab in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. For more information on patient

Print the Patient Offline Documents

You can print patient documents in bulk for all the patients selected in the patient grid. Note: In System Administrator, if Access Rights for Documents is set to No, then you cannot access Document on the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub toolbar. From the My Lists tab, run a list. From the Appointment Book tab, filter the patients. The patient list appears in the patient grid. In the patient grid, select the check box next to the patient's name. From Document, select Generate Offline. The Generate Document Offline window opens. From Document Format, select the format in which you want print the documents. Select the Print Document check box. Select OK.
