View Patient Chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR

You can select and view a patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. You can view a patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Note: In System Administrator, if Access Rights for Chart/Recalls/Tasking is set to No, then you cannot access Chart on the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub toolbar. For more information about setting access permissions for viewing Chart in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest System Administrator Guide forNextGen®Enterprise. In NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, do one of the following: From the Cohorts tab, run a report. From the My Lists tab, run a list. From the Appointment Book tab, filter the patients. The patient list appears in the patient grid. In the patient grid, select the check box next to the patient's name. From Chart, select EHR Chart. The selected patient's chart appears on the Encounter History tab in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. For more information on patient

Open a Template

In NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, to view the patients list, do one of the following: From the Cohorts tab, run a report. From the My Lists tab, run a list. From the Appointment Book tab, filter the patients. The patient list appears in the patient grid. In the patient grid, select the check box to the left of the patient's name. From Chart, select EHR Chart. A list appears displaying up to ten favorite templates. Do one of the following: To open a template with an existing unlocked encounter, select an encounter from the required template. To open a template with a new encounter, select the template name, and then select Yes to create a new encounter. Note: For NextGen® Enterprise EHR version 5.9 or earlier, you cannot select an encounter from NextGen Care® Population Management Hub. If an unlocked encounter exists for the current date, the template opens with that encounter. If there are no unlocked encounters for the current date associated with the template, you can creat

Print the Patient Offline Documents

You can print patient documents in bulk for all the patients selected in the patient grid. Note: In System Administrator, if Access Rights for Documents is set to No, then you cannot access Document on the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub toolbar. For more information about setting access permissions to Document in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise In NextGen Care Population Management Hub, do one of the following: From the Cohorts tab, run a report. From the My Lists tab, run a list. From the Appointment Book tab, filter the patients. The patient list appears in the patient grid. In the patient grid, select the check box next to the patient's name. From Document, select Generate Offline. The Generate Document Offline window opens. From Document Format, select the format in which you want print the documents. Select the Print Document check box. Select OK.

You can send selected patient education documents to NextGen® PxP Portal. You can send patient education documents to NextGen® PxP Portal and save the document to the encounter for the selected patient.
