Add Multiple Patients to Recall Plans

You can add multiple patients to recall plans.

In System Administrator, if Access Rights for Chart/Recalls/Tasking is set to No, then you cannot access Recall on the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub toolbar. For more information about setting access permissions to Recall in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise.
  1. In NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, do one of the following:
    • From the Cohorts tab, run a report.
    • From the My Lists tab, run a list.
    • From the Appointment Book tab, filter the patients.
    The patient list appears in the patient grid.
  2. In the patient grid, select the check box next to the patient's name.
  3. Select Recall.

    The Recall Plan Maintenance window opens.

  4. Under Recall Plan, select the type of recall plan to which you want to add the selected patients.
  5. Select Return Date.

    The Note box contains a statement that states Added from the Patient Management Hub. You can enter additional details.

  6. Select OK.
    The selected patients are added to Recall Plans.
