Print the Patient Offline Documents

You can print patient documents in bulk for all the patients selected in the patient grid. Note: In System Administrator, if Access Rights for Documents is set to No, then you cannot access Document on the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub toolbar. For more information about setting access permissions to Document in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise In NextGen Care Population Management Hub, do one of the following: From the Cohorts tab, run a report. From the My Lists tab, run a list. From the Appointment Book tab, filter the patients. The patient list appears in the patient grid. In the patient grid, select the check box next to the patient's name. From Document, select Generate Offline. The Generate Document Offline window opens. From Document Format, select the format in which you want print the documents. Select the Print Document check box. Select OK.

Add Patient Information to My Lists

You can add one more patients' data to the My Lists tab. Note: In System Administrator, if Access Rights for Export/Printing is set to No, then you cannot access Export on the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub toolbar. Export Patient Information

You can export patient information using Export. You can extract patient demographic details, risk level, portal enrollment status, and future appointment details using Export. You can send selected patient education documents to NextGen® PxP Portal. You can send patient education documents to NextGen® PxP Portal and save the document to the encounter for the selected patient. Process Patient Documents Offline

In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, select each document you want to generate offline. Access the Document Queue utility. Document Queue is usually running and begins processing the documents sent for offline generation. If you need to turn the utility on, refer Run Document Queue. You can change Document Queue processing options and the display of completed documents. Review the list of queued and generating documents in the Pending pane. Cancel document generation, if required. Review any processing errors in the EMR Docproc Errors log. View processing results in the Queue Manager window. Note: Archive copies of documents generated offline are made with each revision.
