Process Patient Documents Offline

  1. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, select each document you want to generate offline.
  2. Access the Document Queue utility.

    Document Queue is usually running and begins processing the documents sent for offline generation.

    If you need to turn the utility on, refer Run Document Queue.

    You can change Document Queue processing options and the display of completed documents.

  3. Review the list of queued and generating documents in the Pending pane.
  4. Cancel document generation, if required.
  5. Review any processing errors in the EMR Docproc Errors log.
  6. View processing results in the Queue Manager window.
