You can export patient information using Export.
You can extract patient demographic details, risk level, portal enrollment status, and future appointment details using Export.
Note: In System Administrator, if
Access Rights for
Export/Printing is set to
No, then you cannot access
Export on the
NextGen Care® Population Management Hub toolbar. For more information about setting access permissions to
Export in
NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, go to
NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest
System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise.
- From NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, run a report from the Cohorts tab, or run a list from the My Lists tab, or filter the patients from the Appointment Book tab.
The patient list appears in the patient grid.
- In the patient grid, select the check box next to the patient's name.
- To export data, select one of the following format from the Export list.
- Excel Workbook
- HTML
- XML Data
- CSV (Comma delimited)
- PDF
- Care Opportunities
The Save As window opens.
- Enter the filename.
- Select Save.
The patient information is exported in the format that you have selected in the Export list.
