Select Template Data
You can select Template Data for a report.
- Select Templates from the Report Filter Settings List.
- In the Select Template pane, select the desired template. If necessary, enter the name of a template to search for.
Note: The following Care Guideline templates are no longer available for reporting:
- CARE_GUIDLELINES
- CLINICAL_GUIDELINE_HISTORY
- CLINICAL_GUIDELINE_REASONS
- CLINICAL_GUIDELINE_UPDATE
- CLINICAL_GUIDELINES
To generate a report that lists the record of all patients (in alphabetical order) due for (selected) clinical guidelines, run the “ngsprep_care_guidelines”.
- In the Select Field pane, select all the necessary template fields.
- From the Latest Value By list, select whether to run the report by Modify, Encounter Date or None.
- To convert all measurements into numeric values for the report, select the Convert to Numeric check box.
- To only include items that have data in all pertinent Template Tables, select the All Selected Tables must have a record check box.
- From the Settings List, select Filter.
The Filter window opens.
- Set up the filters for the Template data.
Note: You can filter patients who have not had a certain diagnosis or event within a specific time frame, such as a blood pressure reading of 80/120.
- If necessary, select a number of entries for a specific field to be included in the report from the Select Field and Entries lists.
- If necessary, select the time range for items to be included. For example, patients that have had a specific diagnosis in a certain timeframe, such as a blood pressure reading of 80/120.
The Data Range window opens.
- Select Fixed Range and setup From Date and To Date; or select Variable Range.
- Select OK.
- From the Settings List, select Filter.
- Select Columns from the Settings List and select the appropriate columns.
- If necessary, select Sorting or other report display options from the Report Filter.
- To view the report data in alternate shading, select Alternate Shading.
Note: The alternate shading pattern does not display when you print the report.
- Select Save.
Note: Saving the report before generating is optional.
- To generate the report, select OK.
