Select Stored Procedure Data (Enterprise-level NextGen® Enterprise EHR Reports Only)

The Stored Procedure Data function is an advanced reporting feature. To use this function, you must have advanced knowledge of the NextGen database structure and SQL knowledge. If you have questions about using this function, contact your System Administrator.

  1. Select SP from the Report Filter Settings List.

  2. Select whether you wish to filter on a Stored Procedure or a View.
  3. Select the Stored Procedure or the View from the list.

  4. Setup any desired filters (Equals, Not Equals, Greater Than, Less Than, Like) for any of the available parameters.
  5. Select the Columns tab (in the pane not the Settings List).

  6. Setup any desired filters (Equals, Not Equals, Greater Than, Less Than, Like) for any of the available Columns.
  7. To sort the columns for the stored procedure, select Sorting (from the Settings List). The stored procedure columns display in the Sorting pane.
  8. Highlight the column and use the Move Up or Move Down buttons to set up the desired order of columns.
  9. To view the report data in alternate shading, select Alternate Shading.
  10. Select Save.
  11. To generate the report, select OK.
