Select Allergy from the Report Filter Settings List.
Select the Allergy from the list.
Select to display the Allergy Search window, if necessary.
Select a pertinent Type.
Enter a Name as a search criterion or enter * (asterisk) for a wild card search.
Select Search. The allergies matching the search criteria display.
Select the appropriate allergies.
Select OK.
The selected allergy displays in the Allergy window.
Select whether to display only the patients Who Have Never Had or Who Have Ever Had before or after a specific date or Who Have Not Had Since a specific date.
Select whether to display All, Active or Inactive Allergies.
Setup any desired filters (Equals, Not Equals, Greater Than, Less Than, Like) for Date Onset, Date Resolved, Comment and Reaction.
Select the filter for a date or date range when a certain date a record was created (for example, when an allergy was assigned).
Select the Number of Allergies filter.
Setup the No Unresolved Allergies filter.
Select Columns from the Settings List and select the appropriate columns.
Select Sorting or other report display options from the Report Filter, if necessary.
To view the report data in alternate shading, select Alternate Shading.
Note: The alternate shading pattern does not display when you print the report.
Select Save.
Note: Saving the report before generating is optional.
