Select Reports Totals

Reports can include column totals in the form of sums, averages, or counts. For example, you could select Reports Totals to count the number of prescribed medicines for pediatric patients who are taking a specific medication type under the age of 18.
  1. Select Totals from the Report Filter Settings List.

  2. Set the totals you want to use for the appropriate columns.
  3. To view the report data in alternate shading, select Alternate Shading.
  4. Select Save.
  5. To generate the report, select OK.
