You can search for all patient invitations for a specific period.
- Log on to Practice Portal.
- Select Patient Activation.
The
Patient Activation page opens.
- In the left pane, select Patient Search.
The
Patient Search page opens.
- To define the scope of your search, enter the values in one or more of the filters, and select Filter Patients.
The Search Results section displays the patients matching your search criteria.
- Optional: To view the details of a patient's invitation, select the invitation.
The Patient Dashboard lists the patient's completed forms and recent encounters.
- Optional: To resend any invitations, select Re-send Invitation(s).
