The Patient Activation report provides details of all outgoing NextGen® PxP Portal invitations during a specific period. This report includes data about the number of invitations sent per day, successful activations, and failed invitations.
- Log on to Practice Portal.
- Select Patient Activation.
The
Patient Activation page opens displaying the
Patient Reports section.
- In Group By, select the grouping period for the report.
- From Filter By Date, select the date range for generating the report.
You can search up to a maximum of three months of invitations at one time.
- Select Filter Patient Invitations.
The
Report Results section displays all the invitations that the practice has sent during the selected period.
- To view the specific list of patients for each category, select any of the numbers in the report.
