View Patient Activation Reports

The Patient Activation report provides details of all outgoing NextGen® PxP Portal invitations during a specific period. This report includes data about the number of invitations sent per day, successful activations, and failed invitations.
  1. Log on to Practice Portal.
  2. Select Patient Activation.
    The Patient Activation page opens displaying the Patient Reports section.
    The Patient Reports section displays options for grouping or filtering information by date

  3. In Group By, select the grouping period for the report.
  4. From Filter By Date, select the date range for generating the report.

    You can search up to a maximum of three months of invitations at one time.

  5. Select Filter Patient Invitations.
    The Report Results section displays all the invitations that the practice has sent during the selected period.
    The Report Results section displays a list of dates and indicates the number of invitations from each date that have a given status

  6. To view the specific list of patients for each category, select any of the numbers in the report.
