The
Patient Activation report contains the following information for each date when invitations are sent:

Activated

The number of patients who have activated their NextGen® PxP Portal account.

Pending
-
The number of patients who have not yet activated their account, and their invitation has not expired yet.

Expired
-
The number of patients who have not activated their account within the required period. For most practices, the invitation expires within 40 days after the first invitation is sent.

Sent Invitations

The number of invitations to join NextGen® PxP Portal that were successfully sent to patients.

Failures
-
The number of invitations that does not reach patients. Such failures typically occur when there is an invalid email address on the patient file.

Self Registered
-
The number of patients who have created an account in NextGen® PxP Portal without an invitation.
