View Patient Activation Reports

The Patient Activation report provides details of all outgoing NextGen® PxP Portal invitations during a specific period. This report includes data about the number of invitations sent per day, successful activations, and failed invitations. Log on to Practice Portal. Select Patient Activation. The Patient Activation page opens displaying the Patient Reports section. The Patient Reports section displays options for grouping or filtering information by date In Group By, select the grouping period for the report. From Filter By Date, select the date range for generating the report. You can search up to a maximum of three months of invitations at one time. Select Filter Patient Invitations. The Report Results section displays all the invitations that the practice has sent during the selected period. View Failed Patient Invitations

You can search for, view, and resend failed patient invitations. Log on to Practice Portal. Select Patient Activation. The Patient Activation page opens. The Patient Activation includes a list of choices in the left pane In the left pane, select Failures. The Parser and Activation Email Failures page lists the failed patient invitations. For each failed invitation, the Parser and Activation Email Failures displays the patient name, invitation date, number of retries, next retry date, email address, failure reason, and a link to view details Optional: Perform the following steps as needed: To... Managing Patient Invitations

To review the invitations the practice has sent to patients, you can use the Patient Activation report. The practice management system (PMS) for the practice creates invitations and sends them to Practice Portal. You can select a particular period to view a holistic report of the invitations that are sent, activated, pending, expired, or failed within that period. View Patient Activation Reports You can view the report of all the patient invitations for a specific date range. Patient Activation Report Contents The Patient Activation report shows the status of patient invitations, grouped by the date when the invitations were sent. Resend a Failed Patient Invitation

You can use the Patient Activation window to view the failed patient enrollment invitations and send a new invite. Open NextGen® PxP Portal Practice Portal. Select Patient Activation on the main menu. The Patient Activation window opens. Select Failures. The Parser and Activation Email Failures window appears listing the failed patient invitations. Viewing Patient's NextGen® PxP Portal Enrollment Status

If the practice is part of NextGen® PxP Portal, you can view the patient's NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment status on the Patient Information Card (PIC). If the patient is not enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal, you can send an enrollment invitation email. Note: The patient enrollment status indicator is available only when the NextGen® PxP Portal license is active.
