View Failed Patient Invitations
You can search for, view, and resend failed patient invitations.
- Log on to Practice Portal.
- Select Patient Activation.
The Patient Activation page opens.
- In the left pane, select Failures.
The Parser and Activation Email Failures page lists the failed patient invitations.
- Optional: Perform the following steps as needed:
To... Do This... Filter your search Enter the patient's first and last names or a date range. You can search for a maximum of three months of invitations at one time.
Resend multiple invitations Select the invitations and select Re-send Invitation(s). View the details of a failed invitation Select View in the right column of the invitation's row. The Activation Email Failure Details pane appears. From there, you can edit the invitation or resend it.
