View Failed Patient Invitations

You can search for, view, and resend failed patient invitations.
  1. Log on to Practice Portal.
  2. Select Patient Activation.
    The Patient Activation page opens.
    The Patient Activation includes a list of choices in the left pane

  3. In the left pane, select Failures.
    The Parser and Activation Email Failures page lists the failed patient invitations.
    For each failed invitation, the Parser and Activation Email Failures displays the patient name, invitation date, number of retries, next retry date, email address, failure reason, and a link to view details

  4. Optional: Perform the following steps as needed:
    To...Do This...
    Filter your searchEnter the patient's first and last names or a date range.

    You can search for a maximum of three months of invitations at one time.

    Resend multiple invitationsSelect the invitations and select Re-send Invitation(s).
    View the details of a failed invitationSelect View in the right column of the invitation's row.

    The Activation Email Failure Details pane appears. From there, you can edit the invitation or resend it.
