You can use the search filters on the Patient Search page in Practice Portal to search for active and inactive NextGen® PxP Portal patients.
- Log on to Practice Portal.
- On the My Home page, in the left pane, select Patient Search.
The
Patient Search page opens.
- To define the scope of your search, enter the values in one or more of the filters, then select Search for Patient.
The
Search Results section displays the patients matching your search criteria. You can select a patient to view the
Patient Dashboard.
Note: You can select New Search to reset your search criteria.
- To update a patient email or mobile number, do the following:
- In Patient Dashboard, select Edit next to Mobile Number or Email, make the necessary changes, and then select Save.
