You can use the Patient Activation window to view the failed patient enrollment invitations and send a new invite.
- Open NextGen® PxP Portal Practice Portal.
- Select Patient Activation on the main menu.
The Patient Activation window opens.
- Select Failures.
The
Parser and Activation Email Failures window appears listing the failed patient invitations.
Note: You can filter your search by using the patient's first and last names, and date of sending the invitation. You can search for a maximum of three months of invitations at a given time.
- To resend multiple invitations together, you can select the invitations, and then select Re-send Invitation(s)
