If after 24 hours, there is no response to an enrollment invitation and the enrollment status is Pending, you can resend the invitation.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- On the Patient Information Card, select Pending
.
A message appears stating that the patient has not responded to the enrollment invitation.
Note: If the patient information is deleted from any of the mandatory fields for enrollment, a message appears listing the fields that must be updated.
- Select Resend Invitation.
Note: If the administrator has set the invitation expiry period to more than 24 hours, the patient does not receive the enrollment invitation email.
