Resend an Enrollment Invitation

If after 24 hours, there is no response to an enrollment invitation and the enrollment status is Pending, you can resend the invitation.
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. On the Patient Information Card, select Pending.
    A message appears stating that the patient has not responded to the enrollment invitation.
  3. Select Resend Invitation.
