Send Enrollment Invitation

If a patient is not enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal, you can send enrollment invitation to the patients through email. A notification message for the enrollment invitation email is sent to the patient as a text message if they have provided a valid mobile number.
  1. Access NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. On the Patient Information Bar, select Not Enrolled or the Enroll Now link.
    If you have not entered any value in any of the mandatory fields for enrollment, a message appears listing the fields that have missing patient information.

    • Select Update Now.

      The Modify Patient Information window opens.

    • Enter the required information in the mandatory fields, and select OK.
    Enrollment invitation is sent as an email to the patient and the patient enrollment status changes to Pending. A notification message for the enrollment invitation email is sent to the patient as a text message if they have provided a valid mobile number.

    An audit event is logged in Audit Report Tool when the patient receives the enrollment invitation email.
