An enrollment invitation is automatically sent to a patient after the mandatory information is available on the system.
Enrollment invitations are sent as an email to the patient. A notification message for the enrollment email is sent to the patient as a text message if they have provided a valid mobile number.
If the patient is not enrolled and all the mandatory information is available for the patient, an enrollment invitation is sent automatically when an appointment is booked for the patient from the Add Appointment window.
After the enrollment invitation is sent, the patient enrollment status changes to Pending. An audit event appears in the Audit Report Tool when the patient receives the enrollment email.
