Automatic Invitation for Enrollment
An enrollment invitation is automatically sent to a patient after the mandatory information is available on the Add Patient Information window or the Modify Patient Information window.
Enrollment invitations are sent as an email to the patient. A notification message for the enrollment email is sent to the patient as a text message if they have provided a valid mobile number.
After the enrollment invitation is sent, the patient enrollment status changes to Pending. An audit event appears in the Audit Report Tool when the patient receives the enrollment email.
