Send Enrollment Invitation for Declined or Deferred Patients
Do one of the following actions:
On the Patient Information Bar, select Declined or Deferred.
On the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Inbox > Clinical Tasking tab, select Declined or Deferred.
On the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Inbox > Provider Approval Queue tab, select Declined or Deferred.
On the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Inbox > Patient Portal tab, select Declined or Deferred.
On the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Inbox > Appointments tab, select Declined or Deferred.
From the File menu, select Patient Portal > Enrollment - Deferred.
On the Patient Lookup window, select , and then select Patient Portal > Enrollment - Deferred.
On the Patient Lookup window, right-click the patient name, and select Patient Portal > Enrollment - Deferred.
A message appears confirming if you want to remove the patient response and send an enrollment invitation email.
Select Enroll Now.
A message window opens listing the fields that have missing patient information.
An enrollment invitation email is sent and the patient enrollment status changes to Pending. A notification for the enrollment email is sent as a text message if your practice has enabled this functionality and the recipient has provided a valid mobile number.
