Send Enrollment Invitation

If a patient is not enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal, you can send enrollment invitation to the patients through email. A notification message for the enrollment invitation email is sent to the patient as a text message if they have provided a valid mobile number. Note: To enable sending notification for the enrollment invitaton email as text message to patients with valid mobile number, you must select Enroll w/ SMS in the Patient Activation page in Site Generator. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest User Guide for NextGen PxP Portal Site Generator. Access NextGen® Enterprise PM. On the Patient Information Bar, select Not Enrolled or the Enroll Now link. If you have not entered any value in any of the mandatory fields for enrollment, a message appears listing the fields that have missing patient information. Select Update Now. Bulk Enrollment Invitation

When a practice upgrades to NextGen® Enterprise 8 from NextGen® Enterprise 5.9.2020.1 or below versions, the enrollment status of all the patients changes to Not Enrolled. Note: To avail this feature, the practice must be using NextGen® Enterprise Patient Portal prior to 6.2021.1. The bulk enrollment invitation can be sent for one enrollment status at a time. You can request the NextGen Implementation Team to send bulk enrollment invitation to all the patients in the practice. You can also filter the patients based on age, enrollment date and appointment dates to send the enrollment invitations. Only the patients whose mandatory demographic information is available, receive the enrollment invitation. When a patient receives the enrollment invitation, their enrollment status changes to Pending. A patient whose mandatory demographic information is not available, does not receive the enrollment invitation, and their enrollment status remains as Not Enrolled. You can update the required de

Status Value Description Pending 1 The enrollment request is reviewed and pending. Complete 2 The enrollment request has been completed by the patient. Accepted 3 The enrollment request has been accepted, and a new patient is created. Locked Out or Expired 4 The enrollment token has expired or the account has locked out and an email notification has been sent to the patient. Rejected 5 The enrollment request has been rejected by the practice. Forwarded 6 The enrollment request has been forwarded. Revoked 6 The enrollment request has been revoked.
