When a practice upgrades to NextGen® Enterprise 8 from NextGen® Enterprise 5.9.2020.1 or below versions, the enrollment status of all the patients changes to Not Enrolled.
The bulk enrollment invitation can be sent for one enrollment status at a time. You can request the NextGen Implementation Team to send bulk enrollment invitation to all the patients in the practice. You can also filter the patients based on age, enrollment date and appointment dates to send the enrollment invitations.
Only the patients whose mandatory demographic information is available, receive the enrollment invitation. When a patient receives the enrollment invitation, their enrollment status changes to Pending.
A patient whose mandatory demographic information is not available, does not receive the enrollment invitation, and their enrollment status remains as Not Enrolled. You can update the required demographic information and send the enrollment invitations.
