Complete | 2 | The enrollment request has been completed by the patient. |
Accepted | 3 | The enrollment request has been accepted, and a new patient is created. |
Locked Out or Expired | 4 | The enrollment token has expired or the account has locked out and an email notification has been sent to the patient. |
Rejected | 5 | The enrollment request has been rejected by the practice. |
Forwarded | 6 | The enrollment request has been forwarded. |
Revoked | 6 | The enrollment request has been revoked. |
Not Enrolled | 0 | The enrollment request has not been submitted by the patient. |
PIE | 7 | The enrollment request is for patient-initiated enrollment. |
Declined | 8 | The enrollment has been declined by the patient. |
Guardian Pending | 16 | The enrollment request is pending with the guardian. |
Guardian Complete | 32 | The guardian has completed the enrollment. |
Bulk Enrolled Pending Activation | 64 | The patient has completed temporary enrollment (through bulk enrollment) but has not logged on to NextGen® Enterprise Patient Portal to activate the account. |
Deferred | 128 | The enrollment has been deferred by the patient. |
