Enrollment Status Parameter Values

Pending1The enrollment request is reviewed and pending.
Complete2The enrollment request has been completed by the patient.
Accepted3The enrollment request has been accepted, and a new patient is created.
Locked Out or Expired4The enrollment token has expired or the account has locked out and an email notification has been sent to the patient.
Rejected5The enrollment request has been rejected by the practice.
Forwarded6The enrollment request has been forwarded.
Revoked6The enrollment request has been revoked.
Not Enrolled0The enrollment request has not been submitted by the patient.
PIE7The enrollment request is for patient-initiated enrollment.
Declined8The enrollment has been declined by the patient.
Guardian Pending16The enrollment request is pending with the guardian.
Guardian Complete32The guardian has completed the enrollment.
Bulk Enrolled Pending Activation64The patient has completed temporary enrollment (through bulk enrollment) but has not logged on to NextGen® Enterprise Patient Portal to activate the account.
