The bottom section of the Single visit template has sections to indicate duration and frequency of treatment, to complete time entry for the encounter, to sign off, and to designate who should receive carbon copies of the documentation. Frequency and Duration You can enter the frequency and duration of a patient's treatment. Visit Time You can either document start and end time to calculate the patient's visit time or document the time manually in the corresponding field.
