Bottom Section
The bottom section of the Single visit template has sections to indicate duration and frequency of treatment, to complete time entry for the encounter, to sign off, and to designate who should receive carbon copies of the documentation. Frequency and Duration You can enter the frequency and duration of a patient's treatment. Visit Time You can either document start and end time to calculate the patient's visit time or document the time manually in the corresponding field. Audiology Single Visit Top Section
The name in the field for the Ordering provider pulls directly from the case properties. The names in the fields for the Rendering and Supervising providers pull directly from the encounter properties. The Onset/DOI Date and Post Onset/Injury fields are read-only. They show the date of injury pulled from the case and the number of days and weeks since the injury occurred. Audiology Subjective Panel
The Ordering Diagnosis grid pulls data entered on Homepage. To update Ordering Diagnosis information, you must do so on Homepage. The Past Medical History grid displays any medical and surgical history that was captured in a NextGen Healthcare application for the patient. You can edit the Past Medical History on this page and add family and social history.
