The Ordering Diagnosis grid pulls data entered on Homepage. To update Ordering Diagnosis information, you must do so on Homepage. The Past Medical History grid displays any medical and surgical history that was captured in a NextGen Healthcare application for the patient. You can edit the Past Medical History on this page and add family and social history.
