The Past Medical History grid displays any medical and surgical history that was captured in a NextGen Healthcare application for the patient. You can edit the Past Medical History on this page and add family and social history. Audiology Single Visit Top Section
The name in the field for the Ordering provider pulls directly from the case properties. The names in the fields for the Rendering and Supervising providers pull directly from the encounter properties. The Onset/DOI Date and Post Onset/Injury fields are read-only. They show the date of injury pulled from the case and the number of days and weeks since the injury occurred.
