The names in the fields for the Rendering and Supervising providers pull directly from the encounter properties.

The Onset/DOI Date and Post Onset/Injury fields are read-only. They show the date of injury pulled from the case and the number of days and weeks since the injury occurred.

The SOC Visits field tracks the total number of billable visits created for this patient since start of care.
