Use the Vital Signs link to document vital signs obtained during the visit.
- Select the Vital Signs link.
The Vital Signs template opens.
- Select the Add button on the Vital Signs template.
The
Vital Signs (Adult or Pediatric) template opens.
- Document vital signs information such as Height, Weight, BP and Pulse.
- Select Save.
- Select Close to close the template.
Any vital signs entered show on the legal medical record for that encounter.
