You can enter vitals for today’s visit.
- Click the Add button next to the Vitals grid.
The Vital Signs template opens.
- Enter measurements in the fields.
- Click Save to save data you have entered.
- Click Close.
Note: Vitals and alerts are viewable on the Physical Exam sections of other workflow templates.
The vitals are shown in the grid. Values outside the normal range trigger a red alert to appear above the grid.
