Document Pregnancy Outcome in the OB Postpartum Template

You can document pregnancy outcome in the OB Postpartum template. Select the Postpartum tab. In the Pregnancy Outcome panel, select Add/Update.The Pregnancy Outcomes template opens. Enter the applicable information in the Pregnancy Outcomes template.The entered information displays in the Pregnancy Outcome grid. Verify the parity values are correct. Pregnancy Outcome grid Select the OB Problem List link.The OB Problem List template displays with the most recent pregnancy information in a new grid view. You cannot edit the information in the OB Problem List template. Select an entry in the Pregnancy Outcome grid. To generate the pregnancy outcome document , select the Pregnancy Outcome Document button. Note: The Details text box is read-only and no comments can be entered here. Enter Information in the OB Postpartum Visit Template

You can enter information in the OB Postpartum Visit template. Select the Postpartum tab. In the General panel, do the following: General panel Enter a delivery date in the Delivery date field. Select the Cl button to clear the Delivery date field, if needed to document another date.The Postpartum Interval field is calculated based on the Delivery date field and the encounter date and displays in weeks and days. Document the Obstetrics Postpartum Visit

You can document the OB Postpartum Visit template by using the Postpartum tab. You can document a routine OB postpartum visit using the OB Postpartum Visit template. You can document the routine OB postpartum visit without navigating to other templates, using the OB Postpartum Visit template . You can easily open any additional templates directly from the OB Postpartum Visit template. Wherever possible, the OB Postpartum Visit template fields maps to their corresponding fields in the other templates. The Postpartum template contains the following seven panels: General Reason for Visit Pregnancy Outcome Vital Signs Physical Exam Assessment/Plan Return Appointment Postpartum template Enter Information in the OB Postpartum Visit Template You can enter information in the OB Postpartum Visit template. Add a patient's vital readings

From the Title X 2.0 template, expand the Vital Signs panel. Click Add. The Adult Vital Signs template opens. Enter the vital details. Click Save and then click Close. Parent topic: Vital Signs

Enter Vital Signs

Use the Vital Signs link to document vital signs obtained during the visit. Select the Vital Signs link. The Vital Signs template opens. Select the Add button on the Vital Signs template. The Vital Signs (Adult or Pediatric) template opens. Vital Signs template Document vital signs information such as Height, Weight, BP and Pulse. Select Save. Select Close to close the template.
