template opens.
Select the
Add
button to open the
Vital Signs
template. Here you can capture the patient’s height, weight, BP, pulse, and so on.
Enter data in the applicable fields for the vital signs you measure.
Select
Save
, and then select
Close
.
The new vital signs are shown as a new row in the grid on the
NTS Vital Signs
template.

Vital Signs

Add Vital Signs
Select the Vital Signs link. Select the Add button to open the Vital Signs template. Here you can capture the patient’s height, weight, BP, pulse, and so on. Vital Signs template Enter data in the applicable fields. Select Save to save data you have entered. Select Close. The vitals are shown in the grid on the NTS Vital Signs template. Enter Vital Signs
Use the Vital Signs link to document vital signs obtained during the visit. Select the Vital Signs link. The Vital Signs template opens. Select the Add button on the Vital Signs template. The Vital Signs (Adult or Pediatric) template opens. Vital Signs template Document vital signs information such as Height, Weight, BP and Pulse. Select Save. Select Close to close the template. Enter Vital Signs
You can enter vitals for today’s visit. Click the Add button next to the Vitals grid. Adult Vital Signs template The Vital Signs template opens. Enter measurements in the fields. Click Save to save data you have entered. Click Close. Note: Vitals and alerts are viewable on the Physical Exam sections of other workflow templates. The vitals are shown in the grid. Add a patient's vital readings
From the Title X 2.0 template, expand the Vital Signs panel. Click Add. The Adult Vital Signs template opens. Enter the vital details. Click Save and then click Close. Parent topic: Vital Signs
